Main Inn
Our Original building, the Inn, is a classic 18th century farm house fashioned with many modern updates, its basic structure is still intact. True to its antique heritage, no two rooms in the Inn are alike.
Big Villa
A cornerstone for the Windrifter’s main campus, each of the twenty studio units have a private balcony overlooking the fairways of the Kingswood Golf Course with a picturesque backdrop of the Lakes Region mountains. Day or night, sit back and relax to enjoy nature’s show.

Small Villa
The Small Villa is a modern version of a summer cabin. The Small Villa consists of four studio units, each with a private balcony (overlooking the Kingswood Golf Course) and a shared front porch.
“Separate enough to offer some privacy from the main campus, yet close enough to be a two-minute walk from our indoor pool, patio, tennis court, and fitness center.”
Yacht Club
Our Yacht Club is an Oasis for Serenity or Activity. Located on the banks of Lake Winnipesaukee, there are eight guest units, each with a unique floor plan and magnificent view. Each unit has a balcony to enjoy and there is a common area, lounging patio and sun dock for gathering, as well.
“Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Our stay at the Yacht Club was very pleasant and relaxing. We had loons calling in front of the unit every evening.”
