Job Duties

Customer Service and Admin

  • make each owner/guest/customer feel welcome.
  • Follow set procedures with accuracy and pleasant attitude.
  • Present a professional image as an employee of the resort and be friendly in person and during telephone conversations.
  • Accommodate hotel and resort patrons by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from arriving or departing guests.
  • Notify necessary departments of any issues/problems/compliments that are brought to your attention.
  • Complete any tasks requested of supervisors/managers.
  • Follow through on requests from guests.
  • Keep front desk/lobby area neat and clean.
  • Make sure all necessary forms/paperwork is in stock.
  • Be comfortable working on computers and email.
